Cinque Terre is one of the most unique places we’ve visited. 🇮🇹 Beautiful Italian villages, beaches, hikes, mountains, amazing food and wine! What more could you want? This view was along our hike from Monterosso to Corniglia.

One thing we learned was that Cinque Terre is known for their pesto. 😋 We always love exploring the food that the destination we are visiting is known for!

This photo was taken in Santa Barbara, California. Often when we thought of California wines, Napa and Sonoma came to mind. We did a trip there a few years back and loved it. Little did we know when we visited Santa Barbara that they have many, many wineries to explore and several within walking distance downtown! What a fun place to go to for a long weekend for all wine, beer and food lovers. Plus, the beach is beautiful there, too!

During our time at home we got into baking bread!

During our time at home we got into baking bread! Miro has experimented with several sourdough recipes and has even made English muffins, donuts, bagels and pancakes out of his sourdough starter! This has become a hobby he enjoys doing to this day! 🥖

One of our favorite parts about living in the Northeast is experiencing all four seasons. It’s nice to be able to drive or take a short flight to surrounding states at different times during the year to experience all those states have to offer. Maine is one of our favorite places we’ve traveled to during the summer as well as the winter. There’s so much to do and see!

This picture was taken at Acadia National Park on Sargent Mountain. The climb is always worth it for the views!

Soaking in all of the baby snuggles I can get! As a first time parent, I’ve definitely learned to appreciate the little things and live more in the moment. Those are two huge takeaways from 2020 that I’ll always do my best to hold on to! 🥰 These simple moments are so precious. We are enjoying all of the time we have with our baby while we are home! ❤️

2020 was quite a year! We were able to slow down and appreciate the little things at home with one another. The time at home together allowed us to cherish each moment of our pregnancy no matter how big or small it was. Best of all, we welcomed our son into the world. He has taught us a whole other level of love as his parents. We can’t wait for all of the adventures 2021 will bring at home and beyond! We are carrying on with the light of our lives into the new year and know he will always remind us of the strength and joy he brought to us in 2020! 🥰✨

Our baby is looking back at where these last 3 months went and we are looking back at where 2020 as a whole went?! What a year it’s been. So many ups and downs, but through it all, we’ve continued to learn and grow. It’s important to reflect as one year ends and a new one begins. Counting our blessings, thankful for what we have and ready to set goals for 2021.
